Services & Resources
With the need for individualization of programs in mind, the following services are provided by Master Plan Services in a capital campaign.
- Management
- Provide the overall direction of the campaign, including the monitoring of each facet, and vigorously managing the program to see that attention is paid to even the smallest detail.
- Literature
- Design and write all campaign materials including brochures, booklets, pamphlets, letters, and proposals.
- Campaign Plan
- Craft all plans concerning the various phases of the campaign including campaign structure, calendars, instruction manuals, job descriptions, and other necessary materials as the need arises.
- Volunteers
- Direct, supervise, and assist in the selection, enlistment and training of campaign leadership and volunteers.
- Donor Research
- Coordinate research plans for individual, corporate, and foundation prospects and determine a solicitation strategy for each.
- Training
- Train your professional staff and volunteers in major gift solicitation.
- Solicitation
- Assist in the solicitation process as required.
- Support Services
- Provide instructions regarding campaign record keeping, and the follow-up program to collect commitments.
- On-site Presence
- Provide an agreed upon number of days on-site counsel, and unlimited availability by phone.
- Follow-up
- Master Plan Services provides a detailed written follow-up program as part of the campaign agreement. This is important because commitments must be converted to gifts for a campaign to be successful. Collection phases for traditional capital campaigns are either three or five years in length.
- Additional Services
- An estate design seminar will be conducted for your staff and/or invited guests.
